Her experience in changing lives through healthcare spans two decades across a variety of roles in the med tech and pharmaceutical industries, with more than half of that time spent working across Johnson & Johnson. She most recently led DePuy Synthes Canada where she oversaw the country’s commercial performance and operations as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Previously, she served as a General Manager executing sustainability strategies for J&J Medical Devices-as well as Chief of Staff of the North America J&J Medical Devices Company Group Chairman, leading transformation, and advancing a global commercial integration strategy, while building a winning culture to drive momentum into the future.
